Saudi court ups punishment for gang-rape victim

Victim's punishment doubled for talking to the media(CNN) -- A court in Saudi Arabia increased the punishment for a gang-rape victim after her lawyer won an appeal of the sentence for the rapists, the lawyer told CNN.
The 19-year-old victim was sentenced last year to 90 lashes for meeting with an unrelated male, a former friend from whom she was retrieving photographs. The seven rapists, who abducted the pair and raped both, received sentences ranging from 10 months to five years in prison.
The victim's attorney, Abdulrahman al-Lahim, contested the rapists' sentence, contending there is a fatwa, or edict under Islamic law, that considers such crimes Hiraba (sinful violent crime) and the punishment should be death.
"After a year, the preliminary court changed the punishment and made it two to nine years for the defendants," al-Lahim said of the new decision handed down Wednesday. "However, we were shocked that they also changed the victim's sentence to be six months in prison and 200 lashes."
The judges more than doubled the punishment for the victim because of "her attempt to aggravate and influence the judiciary through the media," according to a source quoted by Arab News, an English-language Middle Eastern daily newspaper.
Judge Saad al-Muhanna from the Qatif General Court also barred al-Lahim from defending his client and revoked his law license, al-Lahim said. The attorney has been ordered to attend a disciplinary hearing at the Ministry of Justice next month.
Al-Lahim said he is appealing the decision to bar him from representing the victim and has a meeting with Justice Minister Abdullah bin Muhammad bin Ibrahim Al Al-Sheikh on Monday.
"Currently she doesn't have a lawyer, and I feel they're doing this to isolate her and deprive her from her basic rights," al-Lahim said. "We will not accept this judgment and I'll do my best to continue representing her because justice needs to take place."
Al-Lahim said he wanted the Justice Ministry to take "a very clear standing" on the case, saying the decision is "judicial mutiny against reform that King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz started and against Saudi women who are being victimized because of such decisions."
Women are subject to numerous restrictions in Saudi Arabia, including a strict dress code, a prohibition against driving and the need for a man's permission to travel or have surgery. Women are also not allowed to testify in court unless it is about a private matter that was not observed by a man, and they are not allowed to vote.
The Saudi government recently has taken some steps toward bettering the situation of women in the kingdom, including the establishment earlier this year of special courts to handle domestic abuse cases, adoption of a new labor law that addresses working women's rights, and creation of a human rights commission.

Over 80 cars involved in The Dammam-Abqaiq highway

Yesterday, one of the worst accidents I’ve ever heard of took place in the road I usually follow to go to work. I was lucky that on that day, I decided to take another route because I hate the traffic on the main highway. Anyway, there were many careful drivers who got hurt, totaled their cars, and some died (4 fatalities, and 27 serious injuries). The road was foggy (it wasn’t even that fucking bad), but the fog shouldn’t be blamed. The dumb ass sand niggers on the road are the ones to blame. There were many rational people, who drive safely and carefully on the road, who got into to this mess due to typical sand nigger behavior. Below are a number of reasons this accident took place, and why sand niggers should be shot on the spot or atleast have their arms and legs amputated.

1) Turning your head lights off while driving in foggy weather

What kind of stupid fuck would think it’s funny to be driving in “stealth mode” and being a potential threat to the poor father of 6 who wants to arrive to work safely to put food on the table? All you have to do is turn your fucking light on you fucking sand nigger!!! When visibility is only 10-20 meters or even less, PEOPLE NEED TO SEE WHO’S ON THE ROAD YOU DUMB ASS!!!

2) Turning your hazard lights on while you’re driving

Human beings who have a driver’s license know that you never turn your hazard lights on unless YOUR VEHICLE ISN’T MOVING!!! If you want to pull over on the side of the road or your car suddenly broke down in the middle of the road, you turn on those hazard lights. Going 180 kph in severe fog with your hazard lights on and swerving left and right from lane to lane isn’t very smart… you fucking sand nigger. They always do this stupid shit… when there’s heavy rain, everyone on the goddamn street turns their hazard lights on… IF YOU TOOK THE TIME TO FUCKING TURN YOUR HEADLIGHTS ON, WE’D BE ABLE TO SEE YOU!!!!!... sand nigger

3) Speeding and tailgating in general, let alone foggy weather

WTF??? Really… now if the person in front of you is going 80 kph on the left lane, HE’S DOING THAT FOR A GOOD REASON YOU DAMN SAND NIGGER!!! It’s not because he loves it when you approach him at the speed of light and stick to his bumper as if it were shakira’s ass! If the guy in front slowed down to 79 kph, that would cause a series of car crashes starting with and caused by this dumb tailgating sand nigger.

What’s the solution?
THERE IS NO SOLUTION!!!! Sand niggers are the majority of the population… you can’t change them, they’ll change you!!! And what scares me is that the guys giving them driving licenses drive even worse than these sand niggers do!!!

Well, as you know if you read the comments section… I’ve had some problems with Phil… I won’t go into detail, cuz he helped me a lot in understanding many things in bodybuilding… and he never charged much… but recently there are things that he said that aren’t true (hard to believe they’re true) and it’s just some marketing scheme… especially when he contradicted himself in an issue I brought to him months ago. I’m shooting for 110 kg (240 lbs) of pure ugly mass… I figured that since my face resembles a car wreck, I’d better have a physique that goes with it. There will be no limit to the size of my waist (I’m guessing it’ll be around 38 inches), and there will be no limit on calories. I will go to as high as 7000 calories if I need to. Here’s my training and diet plan (since no one is training me, I can post it up)

Meal 1
6 egg whites, 4 whole eggs, 300 ml vetal milk, 250 ml juice

Meal 2
60 grams isolate, 4 tbsp peanut butter, cucumbers and carrots to munch on

Meal 3
65 grams protein blend, 90 grams maltodextrin (somedays I go up to the little snack bar and eat something like a cheese sandwich or crap between meals 2 and 3 cuz I get so fucking hungry!!!)

Meal 4
150 grams lean ground beef, 2 slices whole wheat bread, 1 slice fat free cheese, 300 ml vetal milk, lettuce, tomatoes, ketchup

During workout on workout days
50 grams liquid beef aminos, 2 tbsp glucose

Meal 5
60 grams whey isolate, 300 ml cranberry juice

Meal 6
250 grams chicken breast, 1 tbsp olive oil, onions, bbq sauce

That’s somewhere between 3000 and 3500 cals… I’ll increase the carbs if I don’t grow… and if I’m out with the wife, I’ll eat junk…

Why women shouldn’t drive

Because 99.99999999999999999% of them are inconsiderate, dimwitted, obnoxious, and selfish beings (that 0.00000000000001% is my wife). I went to pick up my wife from the gym yesterday and there was a car in the (half empty) parking lot that was trying to park. The street is big enough for two cars to pass, but this bitch blocked the whole damn thing with her Ford Expedition. So I honked… the bitch stuck her hand out the window and said “bala gillat 7aya, abi a9fi6”… which translates to “don’t be obnoxious, I’m trying to park”… two cars were waiting behind me and we all couldn’t pass because this bitch was “trying to park”… now, lets see what the definition of “trying to park” is to this bitch… two other bitches were walking down the street when this bitch tried to park. She saw them and immediately thought that they were gonna move out the parking lot, and she’d take their place. Now, these two bitches stood in front of their car and started chatting… they chatted for 3 minutes (I’m not exaggerating) and then they decided to take their car out… taking their car out took another minute (I’m serious) and then this bitch took around 30 seconds to park…. The parking space she wanted was at the end of the parking lot, furthest from the door of the recreation facility there… the parking spaces that were empty were at the front, closest to the gate… 4 and half minutes to fucking park… and when I honked, she thought I was obnoxious… all of this happened while the ARAMCO security was watching and didn’t say shit… why didn’t I say something? Because, anytime an argument starts between a strange Saudi man and a woman (wearing a neqab, mind you) it won’t end well for the man.
This wasn’t the first time this shit happened… I’ve been hit ON THE SIDE while WAITING ON A RED LIGHT by a woman… also, I was once driving on the street, and one of the parked cars on the side suddenly tried to zoom outta the parking space and hit me in the side of my car… also, a woman.
My conclusion: Saudi women are just as bad at driving and following road etiquette as Saudi men are (if not worse).
Sometimes I think that the law is right for banning women from driving… we don’t need anymore idiots on the road. They should ban fucking driving. For everyone! We should walk and take the bus… or teleport… or some shit that doesn’t involve getting killed by a 12 year old going 190 mph on a suburban street with one foot out the window (a trick he learned from his Neanderthal dad)

Sometimes I feel like a woman on her period

I talked about this with bbq8 a couple of days ago… I’ve decided to stop PREPPING for the eastern province contest… doesn’t mean I won’t enter… I’m just tired of not reaching my goals… and it hurts to see that in a whole year, you’ve accomplished nothing… if I prep and lose fat and shit… I’ll be the same weight, in the same condition (if not worse) as I was last year… Phil also thought that it would be a good idea to not compete for the next 2-3 years… but hey, I’m gonna compete, I’m just not gonna prep… I wanna be lean, and stay lean, while adding quality mass… I’ve said this too many times before, but this time I’m fed the fuck up. I hate being fat, and I hate being small… no more of both… The diet is great… something I can live on for the rest of my life (with a couple of cheat meals here and there)… this will be easier for me and my wife… I can go out and not worry about “It’s 7:03!!! I’m late for my meal!!!” or shit like that… Phil and I are taking a new approach to dieting… eat only when hungry… the bigger and leaner you get, the hungrier you get… well, it’s working… I’m bigger and leaner already… and hungrier… If I look presentable, I’ll post photos of the contest… if not, fuck it… I’ll be in the SHW class… I’m bound to place top 3 even if I look like shit, unless 3 huge shredded fuckers get on stage… and if I place top 2 in the kingdom, I get money :)

Why most people don’t get results in the gym

Here are the top 10 reasons people fail to get results in the gym, even if they’ve been going there everyday for the past 15 years.

1- Not being goal oriented: most people just go there and wing it and don’t know exactly what they want. This is a recipe for disaster... "losing weight" is not a goal.

2- Not knowing shit about diet: the things I hear in the gym about dieting and what not are just plain ridiculous. How many people know how many grams of carbs are in a slice of bread? Anybody?... exactly! Educate yourself about nutrition and shit.

3- Over training: doing 7 billion sets for abs, and 20 gazillion sets for chest and biceps will only have a negative effect on your physique.

4- Under training: doing 5 sets of 10 reps with 10 lb dumbbells won’t build shit… or burn shit for that matter.

5- Focusing on isolation movements: yes, machines and cables have their place somewhere (still don’t know where, but I guess they do), but they aren’t even close to being as effective as compound exercises.

6- Not tracking progress or tracking progress too frequently: lets take weight for example. If you don’t weigh yourself every week, how the hell do you know if you’re gaining or losing anything? Yes, the mirror is a much better guide. Still, the progress is too slow for anyone to see in the mirror if they don’t know what a good physique looks like. Same can be said if you weigh yourself every damn day.. losing or gaining 50 grams everyday is too small of a difference to feel. You will eventually forget how much you’ve weighed when you started (unless you write it down)… still, it can be depressing.

7- Eating out and being inconsistent with your diet: no matter what anyone says, eating out is never healthy… hell, most of the time cooking food in your house will result in a very unhealthy (and fattening) meal. But since Dr. Abdulmohsin zalabukka said it’s healthy and yoghurt burns fat, then it must be true! Use fresh food, cook your shit, and be consistent.
8- Not sleeping enough: 7-8 hours, bitches. More is better.

9- Over complicating shit: bodybuilding and fitness is fucking simple. It’s not easy, it’s simple. The hard part is sticking to it.

10- Going balls to the wall on the first day: start slow. You’ll burn out quick if you rush into it.
