did you read the comments? I swear this community is sick. sick to the f***ing bone! if you read the comments, they can be summed up by:
- it was her fault. why did she go out behind her husbands back. she got what she deserved.
- if she wore the hijab, she would've been safe
- if she had any decensy, she wouldn't have been raped in the first place
- why didn't she go through medical tests? she's definately hiding something
from what our society says... we can conclude this:
- if you find a woman that's not covered, rape her.. it's ok. she deserves it.
- she was raped... oh oh... no... wait... she went out with a guy... screw the rape case, you should kill her for going out with taht guy... let's forget about the hideous rape crime and focus on a married woman going out with some one other than her husband...
this is a sick sick sick place to live in... and what's worse is that we say "look at america and the injustice over there... infidels are sick and perverted!" ... yeah, right...
fyi, i'm not "pro-america", or "pro-so called freedom"... i'm pro-justice... something the world is missing out on.

Our serious problem is the lack of justice in our legal system. It's built on the f***ing mood of the judge. One person, one HUMAN BEING, gets to decide another human being's fate, no system, no looking at precedents, nothing. I just heard of a case where two people committed the same crime (I dont know what's the crime but it was described as "jareemah a5laqiyah") one was caught and the other person ran away. The first person was sent to 15 years in jail. The other person returned 4 years later and was arrested and sent (by another judge) to 6 MONTHS in prison. NOW ISN'T THAT PURE INJUSTICE!!! I heard the family of the first person is taking the two cases to the King to show him the two sentences. Of course most trials are done without the presence of an attorney and the defendent has little ability t build and defend his case. Finally, unlike the "infidel unjust West" the idea of proving guilt without reasonable doubt is just not there. The Western legal systems are built on the idea (a correct one, I believe) that it is better to let someone guilty walk away than it is to take the freedom of an innocent person. And then we claim that we have a solution the injustice in the world. How is that true when we can't provide justice to our own citizens?!
