Today’s Muslims are pathetic. Why do people like these have any say in the lives of people! Blind followers.. blind followers.. that’s all I can say. And then we wonder why Islam is viewed negatively everywhere in the world. We wonder why Muslim countries face economic challenges. We wonder why it seems to many Muslims that the whole world is against them when they are the worst enemies of themselves.

A couple years back a young Pakistani girl was raped so the local council decided a just punishment would be for the rapists young sister to be gang raped as punishment.
And Muslims wonder why the western world looks upon Islamic countries as looney bins full of nut cases? Have Muslims ever wondered why the western world gives so little consideration for their viewpoints?

Do Muslims in these regions have any idea how crazy this comes off to the rest of the world?
God made woman from a mans rib, not the bone from the bottom of his foot, for a reason. Woman is equal to men they have a civilizing influence much of the middle east seems to distain.

I don't believe the whole thing about women being created from a man's rib and I quote Al-Qaradawi:
(يا أيها الناس اتقوا ربكم الذي خلقكم من نفس واحدة وخلق منها زوجها وبث منهما رجالاً كثيراً ونساءاً واتقوا الله الذي تساءلون به والأرحام)، (خلقكم من نفس واحدة) من نفس آدم (وخلق منها زوجها) بعض الناس يفهم منها أنه خلقها من ضلع آدم وهذا لم يثبت به حديث صحيح، إنما خلق منها زوجها كما قال تعالى (ومن آياته أن خلق لكم من أنفسكم أزواجاً) هذا خطاب للمكلفين جميعاً من الرجال (خلق لكم من أنفسكم أزواجاً لتسكنوا إليها وجعل بينكم مودة ورحمة) فالله خلق للرجل من نفسه، أي من جنسه زوجاً ليسكن إليها كما قال تعالى (هو الذي خلقكم من نفس واحدة وجعل منها زوجها ليسكن إليها) الإنسان لا يستطيع أن يعيش وحده، خلق الله هذا الكون على سنة الازدواج على قاعدة الزوجية، كل شيء يحتاج إلى ما يقابله ليتكون من هذا الزوج شيء تحتاج إليه الحياة، كما قال تعالى (ومن كل شيء خلقنا زوجين لعلكم تذكرون)

the sad thing is, we know this is wrong... but that's what the outside world think the "true islam" is.
