Many people like to write about controversial subjects. Some do it just for the sake of controversy. So with the risk of appearing to be one of those people, I decided to sit and write about a subject that has occupied my thinking for many years and has mostly been a taboo-to-talk-about in our culture; I shall call the subject clanilism (clan-ilism). ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
SIXTEEN WEEKS OF
HELL: There’s no better time to talk about cutting up than right now. Summer’s right around the corner, just the right time to bring out that six-pack. Hopefully, you gained a couple of pounds of muscle (not to mention fat) from your previous bulking up phase. Now it’s time to shape, define, and striate those muscles. We’ll be dealing with 4 stages within this cutting phase in a bit of detail. Also, I’m going to include “the ultimate in stupidity” part for your own amusement. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
AT A FAMILIAR
PLACE I find myself today at a familiar place yet at a different time. I am back in Boston, a city where I lived what I now believe to have been among the best years of my life. While many things have changed since I left Boston in the summer of 2003, most things are still the same; the streets, the restaurants, the cafes, the river and the parks.
